A running record of every orexin receptor agonist in clinical development. It exists because the information is scattered across sponsor press releases, trial registry entries, earnings calls and regulatory announcements, and because most secondary coverage of this class is either out of date or wrong about which phase a compound is in.

The scope is deliberately narrow: what each compound is, who owns it, how far it has come, what it is aimed at, and where that claim came from. It does not cover dosing, effect sizes, or endpoint-level results, because those belong in the sponsors' publications and regulatory filings where they can be read with their full context.

Every entry is checked against a primary source: the sponsor's own announcement or pipeline page, a ClinicalTrials.gov registry record, a regulatory announcement, or a peer-reviewed publication. Secondary coverage is not treated as a source, only as a pointer to one.

Each program carries its own verified date rather than a site-wide one, so a reader can see exactly how current any single claim is. Where an entry cannot be confirmed against a live primary source, it is marked as needing re-checking on the page itself rather than quietly left in place.

Claims are kept as close to the source as the language allows. Where a registry label is misleading — TAK-360's extension study carries a Phase 2/3 label without being a pivotal trial — the discrepancy is stated rather than smoothed over.

A tracker's only asset is being right. If something here is wrong, that is worth more to this site than it is to you.
